Anyone participating in the Captain Hook Invitational Fishing Tournament will be doing so at his or her own risk. Proprietors of the property on which the event is conducted are not liable for any accident, injury or loss of life or damage to personal property suffered by a participant while on subject property or while participating in the fishing tournament. Participation is on a voluntary basis. Participants will indemnify and hold harmless, all organizers, officers, participants and property owners of said fishing tournament in case of personal injury or accident
